Mr. Deelip Sirsikar
Chief Executive Officer
Meet our CEO Mr. Sirsikar is Ex-Cummins India, instrumental in setting up their Indian Sourcing program. He has over 40+ years of industry knowledge in engine component manufacturing, particularly for engine valves, for which valve collets are direct child parts. He also has over a decade of experience in technical consulting, designing machining processes and production lines.
Mr. Abhijit Bhagwat
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bhagwat is a veteran in Collet manufacturing with over 20 years of experience. He was at Indo-Schöttle for 14 years and has extensive experience in Qaulity Control and Process Control to meet all the necessary customer expectations.
Mr. Kevin Dharji
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Darji is our CFO, he completed his MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad and is also a C.A. He has extensive corporate finance experience working with global companies including Goldman Sachs in their Investment Banking division and PwC for Mergers and Acquisitions.
Ms. Anoushka Shah
Director of Business Development
Ms. Shah graduated from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, with an M.A. in International Relations and Social Anthropology. In 2018 she overtook operation at the Perfect Group, specialising in manufacturing precision valve train components. She has over 5 years of experience in business development with OEM customer, on-boarding customers such as Caterpillar, and continuously developing new products for Cummins, Tata Motors, Bajaj and the like.
